Job Description Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR– Residential Estate Agency Location: Eastbourne Salary: £22k - £25k / £12.50 p/h Position: Permanent – Full Time or Part Time This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Branch Administrator to join a market leading local independent Estate Agency with successful offices in the Eastbourne area. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administration and preferential consideration will be given to candidates who have had previous experience of having worked within an Estate Agency office and an understanding of the legislation and practices surrounding the Estate Agency industry. You must be well presented, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written (as well as excellent English), be computer literate in Microsoft office and estate agency software, have excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and working closely with the business directors, so you must be able to manage your time efficiently and stick to tight deadlines. You will also need to be personable, energetic and able to work as part of a successful busy team You may well be the face of the company – acting as the main reception point, talking to potential customers and delivering them to the right department. There is also an expectation that the role will include assisting in looking for sales opportunities and phoning clints to book appointments.
