An exciting opportunity has arisen with a prestigious commercial property and asset management firm situated at their Edinburgh site.
My client are a leading property management organisation that specialise in serviced buildings across major cities. This role is based within the Holyrood Park area, close to the Royal Mile.
They are seeking to appoint a confident and well present building manager to handle the daily operations of the site. This is a multifaceted role where you will be dealing with external customers and front of house duties. Along side contractor management, and being the point of contact for any tenants in the building.
The successful candidate will come from a property management, facilities or maintenance background. Candidates will ideally have their NEBOSH or similar, alongside an interest in building services and sustainability. Candidates without this will still be considered should they hold relevant experience.
You will join an existing team of maintenance and facilities staff, however due to the nature of this role the successful candidate must be able to work independently. Strong customer service and IT skills are essential.
This is a permanent opportunity with a strong salary offering. (32-25k p/a)
