Overview of the Contracts Clerk
The successful candidate will be responsible for cost checking security systems service contracts and CCTV monitoring contracts. Candidates should be methodical with a strong attention to detail.
Contracts Clerk role
* Review existing customer contracts making sure the costings are in line with current expenditures.
* PO Management.
* Track issued contracts to ensure customer signatures are in place.
* Look at existing customer contract upgrades.
* Work with the sales team in order to offer customers new contract terms.
* Suggest recommendations for contract cost changes.
* Point of contact for all customer reviews.
* Ad hoc admin duties and responsibilities.
