Our client operates a purpose-built care home near Mansfield, providing personal, nursing, and dementia care to approx. 50 residents. The home is designed to be homely and reflect the company's values and ethos. The client is committed to improving elderly care and believes in prioritising the happiness and engagement of both residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading and motivating the care team to achieve the company's mission and aims.
2. Ensuring the highest standards of care for residents and full compliance with regulations.
3. Maintaining full occupancy of the home.
4. Managing the home's profitability to support reinvestment and expansion.
5. Developing and supporting team members to enhance their wellbeing and performance.
Package and Benefits:
The Registered Home Manager will receive:
1. Annual salary of £60,000, plus bonus.

Minimum Requirements:
The ideal Registered Home Manager will have:
1. Minimum of three years' experience as a Deputy Manager in a residential or nursing home.
2. NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent, with a willingness to pursue NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7.
3. A full driving licence and computer literacy skills.
4. The ability to live within a 35-minute drive of the home.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
