Your new role
I'm keen to speak to experienced HR Business Partners or Senior HR Advisors with a strong HR generalist background and customer-centric approach in providing human resources and organisational development support, advice and guidance to leadership, employees etc. This is an opportunity to share your expertise and guide Managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, whilst managing an employee relations caseload, leading and working with colleagues to deliver key organisational change projects and help shape the HR function to become a trusted strategic business partner.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Solid HR experience - min. Senior HR Advisor level or above.
2. Has up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
3. Able to be office based for 3 days per week and 2 days work from home.
