Your new role I'm keen to speak to experienced HR Business Partners or Senior HR Advisors with a strong HR generalist background and customer-centric approach in providing human resources and organisational development support, advice and guidance to leadership, employees etc.This is an opportunity to share your expertise and guide Managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, whilst managing an employee relations caseload, lead and work with colleagues to deliver key organisational change projects and help shape the HR function to become a trusted strategic business partner. What you'll need to succeed Solid HR experience - min. Senior HR Advisor level or above.
