About the Role A leading provider of functional assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is looking for experienced healthcare professionals to join their team as Disability Assessors. This is a non-clinical role where you will use your clinical expertise to assess individuals applying for benefits and provide objective, evidence-based reports. ✔ No hands-on clinical work – Instead, you’ll conduct in-depth discussions and assessments with claimants. ✔ Hybrid working model – Work from home with just a minimum of two days per week on-site. ✔ Structured, office-hours schedule – No excessive caseloads or last-minute deadlines. ✔ Comprehensive training provided – A 5-week full-time training program to support a smooth transition into the role. Candidate Requirements: ✔ Valid HCPC registration (registration remains unaffected in this role). ✔ Minimum of 12 months' experience as an Occupational Therapist. ✔ Ability to complete 5 weeks of full-time training (on-site or remote). ✔ A quiet home workspace for conducting assessments. ✔ Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
