Saint Luke's is seeking an Assistant General Manager who can effectively lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional experiences to all our customers. Due to company expansion, you will have the opportunity to progress and grow within the business.
As the Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to drive the business towards long-term profitability, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that the venue operates at its highest potential, overseeing both the hospitality and events teams and deputising for the GM in times of absence.

* Confidence in your ability to manage all aspects of our complex businesses.
* A keen understanding of business finance, enabling you to maximise sales and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs).
* To collaboratively work with the operations team to identify and capitalise on service delivery opportunities, ultimately ensuring the continued success of the venue.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,500.00 per year.
