Join our Manufacturing Engineering Team and work across multidisciplinary groups, driving projects that transform how we deliver world-class production processes.
🌟 What You'll Be Doing:
Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes for cutting-edge EV components
Manage projects safely, cost-effectively, and to strict engineering standards
Deliver innovative, real-world solutions in a high-paced, collaborative environment
Promote a zero-accident, diversity-first culture
Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements (Jobs per Hour, Reliability & Maintainability focus)
Ensure compliance with global quality and environmental standards (GIS, TS16949, ISO14001, ISO18001)
Lead and direct cross-functional teams and manage external contractors
Champion continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies
🎓 What You'll Need:
A Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering (essential)
Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Project Management tools)
A can-do attitude with the drive to tackle complex challenges
Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset (experience with 8Ds, 5 Whys, 6-Sigma a plus)
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, ergonomics, manual handling, and SPC desirable
Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to growNo prior work experience required - recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
