Responsible for managing all aspects of Aviation bookings, ensuring administration is delivered within agreed contract deadlines. Acting as a point of contact for colleagues for all airline ticketing, and associated queries including cancellations and amendments.
Key responsibilities
* Manage daily ticketing queue, ensuring that tickets are issued in an accurate and timely manner whilst ensuring maximum yield for the company.
* Maintain the reservation system and distribute queues.
* Process refunds, cancellations, and reissues, following relevant internal processes and escalating any issues as appropriate.
* Investigate any ADM’s and ACM’s via BSP Link.
* Reply to all queries relating to aviation from other departments whilst ensuring the department SLA is met.
* Ensure all fares are updated in Farexpert.
* Provide quotations for group bookings to the sales teams, ensuring a range of fares and options are presented to the client for consideration.
This role can be either based in the Chester Office or be homebased depending on the successful candidate's location. The role is full-time working Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm and 1 Saturday per month, 9:00am – 5:00pm for which a day off in lieu is given.
