Live Events Project Manager
We are recruiting a Live Events Project Manager on behalf of a global leader in digital solutions for live events and sports presentations. This role is central to the onsite delivery of high-profile events across various industries, including sports federations and global championships.
Overview:
You will take charge of the technical delivery of event production services, from planning and design to execution. This includes managing multi-disciplinary projects involving LED, video, audio, and lighting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of live event production, a strong technical background, and hands-on experience delivering complex AV projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the technical delivery of major events, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
* Manage full event workflows, from specification and budgeting to installation.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver innovative, cutting-edge digital event solutions.
* Take a hands-on approach on-site, managing teams and subcontractors to exceed client expectations.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in live event production, including LED, AV, lighting, and rigging.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver to budget and tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Full UK driving license and valid passport required for international travel.
