We're seeking a well-organised, friendly, and approachable individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can provide valuable support to our Project Management team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality project management support for all aspects of the Web Projects, including but not limited to setting up and maintaining project documentation & software, communicating with clients, producing project reports, and supporting and coordinating project managers. Job Responsibilities: Project Documentation: Set up, maintain, and manage all project-related documentation, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring that all communications are handled professionally and in a timely manner. Project Reporting: Produce comprehensive project reports detailing project status, milestones, and any issues or risks, contributing to project reviews and audits. Support to Project Managers: Provide ongoing support to Project Managers by coordinating resources, scheduling meetings, and assisting with project planning and execution. Project Software Management: Oversee and manage the usage of project management software tools to ensure they are used efficiently across the team. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other departments to facilitate the smooth integration of web projects with other ongoing initiatives within the agency.
