Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
* Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
* Handle client communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
* Maintain and organise case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
* Process legal forms and ensure compliance with procedures.
* Support billing processes, expense tracking, and document filing.
* Assist with general office administration and provide support to legal professionals as needed.
