FieldCore is seeking motivated individuals passionate about engineering to join our Field Engineering Program and Technical Field team in the UK.

The Gas Power division develops efficient natural gas technologies and decarbonization solutions. The FieldCore team installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, ensuring reliable and affordable energy.
Role Overview
Initially, you will enroll in FieldCore's Field Engineering Program (FEP), gaining technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience through training and mentorship. After successful completion, you will qualify for a Technical Field Advisor role specializing in Gas Turbines, managing site activities, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain safety standards and ensure work meets GE safety requirements.
2. Coordinate and monitor site activities related to heavy-duty gas turbines.
3. Lead on-site system management, preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration.
4. Respond to emergency repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
5. Provide technical instructions and ensure work complies with company standards.
6. Prepare technical reports, job status updates, and documentation for customers.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality work.
8. Verify contractor and personnel compliance with standards during walk-downs.
9. Manage aftermarket upgrades at the site level.
Role Requirements
* Willingness to travel extensively overseas and work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
* Ability to spend significant time away from home for training and field assignments.
Skills for Success
Fluency in English, strong technical skills, ownership, problem-solving ability, and effective communication are essential. A formal engineering degree is preferred but not mandatory; experience and achievements are highly valued.
