* General Administrator duties
* Assisting with the planning and scheduling of multi trade repairs operatives
* Liaising with subcontractors
* Dealing with customer queries
* Other ad-hoc admin duties
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working for a maintenance or service company (facilities management, specialist services, construction, service delivery, etc)
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Can do attitude, excellent customer service skills
* Commutable distance of Leeds
* Previous experience doing Admin
