Are you a highly motivated and skilled individual with a passion for maintaining safe and efficient school environments? We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and upkeep of our two schools that are part of the Spire Trust.
About the Role:
As the Site Manager, you will be at the heart of maintaining and improving our schools’ facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure and always at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the school buildings and grounds.
2. Supervise and manage the school’s cleaning and site staff.
3. Coordinate repairs, improvements, and regular maintenance schedules.
4. Conduct regular health and safety inspections and address any issues promptly.
5. Manage the school’s facilities, including event setup and resource allocation.
6. Act as the point of contact for external contractors and service providers.
7. Maintain records of maintenance work and provide updates to the school leadership team.
