Job Title: HR Manager
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum

Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with current legislation, and foster a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Policy Development: Create, review, and update HR policies to align with the organisation's goals and legal requirements.
2. Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process to fill positions promptly, including drafting job descriptions, person specifications, and engaging advertisements.
3. HR Support: Offer professional HR coaching, support, and advice to management and staff, promoting a motivated and high-performing workforce.
4. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgement.
5. Legal Compliance: Stay informed about employment law changes to maintain compliance in all HR practices.
6. Training Programs: Collaborate with senior management to design and deliver training workshops and programs.
