Graduate External Relations Officer An exciting opportunity for a recent graduate, looking to gain experience across fundraising activities, event delivery, alumni relations, and administration. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising and Development: Monitor the fundraising inbox, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries Assist with donor communication and retention, including implementing a regular giving strategy Provide additional support during peak times such as annual events, open days, and giving days Organising fundraising events and processing data in the development database Ensure compliance with ethical fundraising practices Help implement a donor stewardship program to maintain regular contact with donors Alumni Relations: Support alumni engagement Assist in organising alumni events and maintaining an archive of photos and memorabilia Promote events and news on social media Information Management: Maintain detailed records on the development database and ensure GDPR compliance Gather and manage data for fundraising activities and events What do You Need?
