Real Estate Appointment Setter Fully Remote £13.46 - £16.83 Per Hour (DOE) Temp to Perm Our client are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support their real estate team by managing appointments and coordinating client interactions. This role will involve engaging with potential clients, scheduling property viewings and ensuring that the sales teams calendar is organised and efficient. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer orientation and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities Client interaction & Appointment scheduling: Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries from prospective clients. Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining clients needs. Schedule appointments for property viewings, consultants or meetings with agents, ensuring appointments are accurately recorded in the calendar. Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and send reminders to minimise no-shows. Lead Generation & CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client details, appointment statuses, and follow-up notes.Identify and nurture potential leads through outbound calls and emails, ensuring a steady flow of appointments for the sales team. Team Coordination & Support: Collaborate with real estate agents to prioritize appointments based on urgency and potential client interest.Ensure that all relevant property information and client preferences are communicated to the sales team prior to meetings.Assist in gathering and compiling client feedback post-appointment to support follow-up and sales efforts. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all appointments, client interactions, and scheduling changes.Handle cancellations or rescheduling requests efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to team schedules. Provide general administrative support as needed, including managing agent calendars and organising meeting logistics. Qualifications/Experience Familiarity with the real estate industry (UAE, UK and EUROPE). Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Highly motivated and results-driven, with a focus on helping the team succeed.
