This role ensures all locations remain safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant for staff and visitors. Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, supervising repairs, and coordinating with contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead maintenance activities across multiple sites, handling routine tasks and contractor-managed projects.
* Oversee building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security) for all premises.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sustainability, reducing costs and environmental impact.
