The Role
Esri Ireland is looking for an experienced Project Support Officer on a full-time permanent basis. The company provides roles on a hybrid and fully remote working basis in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Responsibilities
* Provide project support to the Esri Ireland Professional Services team in the delivery of GIS professional services to our customer base
* Provide Support Desk Co-ordination services for our Managed Services operations
* Update, maintain and report from our corporate Professional Services Automation (PSA) system
* Prepare periodic Professional Services performance and forecasting reports using the data in our financial systems
* Assist with monitoring our projects against our Quality Management System and standard operating procedures
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of Esri Ireland project management standards and methods
About you

* Highly organised, process and standards-driven
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Numerate and able to work with financial processes
* Can perform quality assurance on non-technical project deliverables (financial reports, resourcing reports)
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
* Knowledge/awareness of any the following would be an advantage:
o The software packages Kantata, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Project (not essential as training will be provided)
o Project management methods
o Basic accountancy and financial reporting methods
Previous knowledge of geographical information systems (GIS) is not essential.
