Leverage your existing network within the pharmaceutical sector, including key NHS contacts, to secure new business opportunities. Identify and approach potential clients, building strong, long-term relationships to expand the company’s footprint. Work closely with senior leadership to shape sales strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives. Act as the face of the company in the pharmaceutical sector, representing the brand and fostering trust within your network. Track, manage, and report on sales activities, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met. Experience & Skills Required: Proven experience in a sales management role, specifically within the pharmaceutical sector. Engineering degree or background. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers. A strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively. Well connected within the pharmaceutical sector. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
