Head of Estates and Facilities Manager Grade/SCP: SRS S3, SCP 40 - 44 Salary : £48,474 - £52,529 (FTE) Basis: Full time, Permanent Location: St Katherine’s House, Derby, with travel to our academies across the area Your responsibilities To safeguard, develop and manage the diocesan estate entrusted by the Bishop of Nottingham and relevant religious orders to the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust in the best interests of Catholic education. To lead the Trust Estates and Facilities Service and to ensure that the team provide effective support to schools with the maintenance of the school estate and management of all health and safety compliance issues Responsible for ensuring the Trust and the individual academies within the Trust are compliant and operating best practice in relation to Health and Safety law, and the statutory and regulatory requirements relating to estates and premises. Leads strategic planning of the estate and is responsible for all estates activities. Responsibilities may include strategic planning, responsibility and accountability for the school estate, ensuring estate matters are considered at senior, board or Diocesan level.
