NEBOSH or IOSH Manufacturing or process plant background preferred The Job: A pivotal role working closely with the HSE Manager Collaborate with various departments to implement safety initiatives and foster a culture of safety throughout the organization. Identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, developing safety protocols to mitigate workplace incidents, route cause analysis. Investigate accidents and incidents Prepare and present safety reports Assist with training and education Environmental and sustainability will be a part of this role so knowledge in this area is very useful but not essential as training could be given.
