Great opportunity to work as a Co-Ordinator at our client's busy fresh produce site with immediate starts Staffline is recruiting Co-Ordinator to work in Elm. This is an ongoing position with a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate. You must have your own transport to get to and from the site. The rate of pay is: - Night shift £16.00 per hour Overtime is available after working 37.5 hrs and is paid at: - Night shift £19.58 per hour As a Co-Ordinator you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days with additional overtime days offered but not expected. The shifts for this position are: - Nights, 10pm to 6am Please note, that this is subject to change to cover and meet business requirements. Your Time at Work As a Coordinator, you will ensure materials are delivered on time and in the correct quantity for production. You will supervise and support your colleagues, maintaining productivity and quality standards throughout the shift. Pre-start checks must be completed to confirm that the area and assets are ready for use, and accurate documentation should be completed. It's essential to ensure production meets customer standards, focusing on 'right first time' quality while adhering to technical specifications. Health and safety are a top priority, so maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety procedures is crucial. You will provide regular updates on production progress, communicate effectively with other teams, and report any issues to your supervisor promptly. Additionally, you may be required to train colleagues and ensure all procedures are followed.
