KEY DUTIES
* Developing and managing strong relationships with key client accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their priorities and business needs.
* Overseeing project deliverables to ensure high-quality standards that align with client expectations and reflect positively on the organisation
* Expanding key accounts to drive business growth and strengthen the agency's long-term partnerships.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience in writing successful proposals and crafting tailored solutions to address client business challenges.
* Strong track record of proactively expanding and growing existing accounts.
* Experienced in engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to drive business outcomes.
