In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs, and building positive relationships to drive sales and promote their services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
* Develop a deep understanding of the needs of potential and existing clients to tailor solutions effectively.
* Seek to build positive relationships with leads to increase sales and foster long-term partnerships.
* Actively promote our clients services and solutions, spreading awareness of its offerings through various channels.
* Engage regularly with prospects and clients to address concerns, provide value, maintain and build trust.
* Educate and support their clients with information and assistance related to products/services.
* Continuously improve through feedback from clients and internal teams.
* Work closely with the BDRs and Marketing team to meet and exceed agreed targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management within the IT sector
