Role: Producer Location: Solihull The Lounge team is growing We are looking for a Producer to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015 Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy, into an omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one’s skin. During this growth, our brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a producer you will work across all campaign content for Lounge, ensuring seamless execution across both campaign and e-commerce shoots. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-growing team. What You Will Do At Lounge Work with the Brand & Creative team to manage a range of eComm & campaign shoots end-to-end. Provide hands-on support on set, stepping in wherever needed to ensure the shoot stays on track. Oversee and maintain the e-commerce studio, ensuring it's always organised and ready for shoots. Communicate content deadlines with various teams with the support of Head of Brand, including eComm and design. Manage the production of all flatlay content for Lounge, liaising with external companies, creating briefs, and meeting deadlines for product launches. Organise and manage props, sourcing, purchasing, and returning items as necessary. Create and manage call sheets for all shoots. Scout and secure locations based on shoot briefs. Plan and manage product orders, ensuring timely delivery for shoots. Coordinate bookings and liaise with models for all photoshoots. Accurately track budgets, ensuring all assigned shoots stay within budgets. Staying on top of all shoot related admin, including budget tracking, invoicing and bookings. We Would Love It If You Are familiar with eCommerce shoots & how they run. Ideally able to understand a basic level of different lighting styles. Have experience in managing client relationships. Are confident in giving regular project updates to stakeholders. Are a strong communicator & are able to manage several projects simultaneously. Are confident in managing shoots in a Studio and on Location. Have excellent time management skills. Are experienced in managing & tracking budgets of varying sizes. Are happy to travel both in the UK and internationally to work on projects. Enjoy a fast-paced, reactive environment.
