We are looking for a flexible, driven, and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding mobile team.
The successful individual will need to work as part of a team, while also independently supporting a number of key clients with their IT support solutions. This is a mobile role, and owning a vehicle is essential to travel throughout our region, which spans from Worcester down the M5 covering Gloucester, South West of the UK, and South Wales.
The candidate must be willing and capable of successfully going through Government and individual customer clearances, which are essential to the role. You would need to be open to being part of an on-call rota if required.
Hardware break-fix competency and experience would be preferable, but training will be provided.
An in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft product suite is essential, including Win7/10 & 11 along with Office365. Good customer-facing skills and communication are crucial.
This is an umbrella contract, and the role is Inside IR35.
