CreatePay are a leading provider of payment solutions products, dedicated to helping small to medium sized UK businesses streamline their payment processes. We are currently looking for a driven and adaptable Growth Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Growth Marketing Executive you will be responsible for the day to day management of our marketing strategy across the business, this will involve regular interaction between all departments across the organization. This role would suit someone looking to take there next step in the world of marketing and allowing them to creatively express themselves through our marketing strategy.
Requirements

2. Stay updated on payment trends, competitor offerings, and our product portfolio.
3. Campaign Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
4. Content & Collateral: Help create and manage marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across channels.
5. Market Research & Reporting: Conduct competitor and customer research; monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.
6. Digital Marketing: Support website updates, SEO, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
7. Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of events, promotions, and trade shows.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing activities.
9. Admin & Budgets: Maintain marketing calendars, track budgets, and manage admin tasks.
10. Responsible for Value Added Services campaigns Profit & Loss across the financial year.
Success Measures (What success in the role looks like)
1. Implementation and execution of outbound email campaigns
2. Increased website engagement and brand recognition
3. Achieving an agreed revenue line of value added services per month
4. Achieve all agreed objectives with positively trending relative key performance indicators
Experience (What you need to have already done to be right for this role)
1. Successful track record of working in a growth marketing function 2+ Years
2. Relatable and positive experience of working in a fast-paced transforming organisation, where everything isn’t perfect, but we’re working hard to get there.
Skills/Qualifications (The personal capabilities needed to excel in this role)
1. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees
4. Knowledge of payment solutions or financial products is a plus
5. Experience within a similar role
6. Experience of using marketing CRM and content design software

Conduct in-person visits to present our payment solutions products to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. Understand the pain points of each prospect and tailor product presentations accordingly. Communicate the benefits and features of our payment solutions, addressing any questions or objections. Stay updated on payment trends, competitor offerings, and our product portfolio to provide informed guidance to clients. Success Measures Achieve all sales targets consistently (month by month) Maintain high levels of growth of Revenue and sales volume Achieve all agreed objectives with positively trending relative key performance indicators Converting sales appointments and self-generation appointments to live and transacting customers, as per KPI Successful track record of working in a sales team and an ability to demonstrate an ability to grow and develop Proven experience in a sales role, in a field sales and B2B sales capacity.
