Main Purpose of Role You are responsible for managing the customer’s order from Procurement Sign Off through to Delivery Authorisation. The team will check customer proofs, send, receive & authorise customers finance agreement, whilst updating the CRM to reflect the correct order stage & liaise with internal teams and / or Funders as and when necessary. The team is there to ensure that all our customers receive a slick and consistent process from providing proofs to authorising delivery, irrespective of the manufacturer & in line with the Funder process. Your Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, and motivate the Documents and Dealer Team Allocate work across team members Check backsheet VS Order Send finance agreements Check manual agreements Authorise agreements / post Funder authorisation Ensure prompt return of agreements / meet deadlines Assist customers with signing/ rejections Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Line Manager, Department Heads (where applicable) and wider management team. Work closely with external partners such as dealers and funders to maintain a good relationship and be confident to address any issues. Monitor and analyse targets are being achieved Report any areas of concern by following Company guidelines.
