If you have the following essential skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:
• Extensive coaching experience, particularly with females and in inner-city communities.
• An understanding of the barriers to female participation in sport and a commitment to increasing engagement.
• Cultural awareness and the ability to work with diverse communities.
• A Sports Coaching Qualification (e.g., Level 2 or above), First Aid Certificate, Enhanced DBS clearance, and a full driving license.
• A passion for improving the physical and mental wellbeing of women and girls through sport.
This is an incredible opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young women and girls while advancing your career in sports development. Apply today to join a team that celebrates diversity, collaboration, and continuous growth!
