Recruiting Coordinator (Top Tech Client)

About the Role:
As a Recruiting Coordinator (RC) for a top tech company, you will play a key role in a fast-paced recruiting organization, supporting hiring efforts and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Acting as the first point of contact for many candidates, you will be responsible for managing recruiting activities, coordinating interviews, and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams.
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates effectively, and can pivot quickly when priorities change. Success in this role is measured by SLAs, KPIs, and alignment with leadership principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews for single and multi-candidate hiring events across all role levels, ensuring compliance with interview processes.
* Candidate Support: Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed throughout the hiring process and ensuring a positive experience.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other partners to streamline scheduling, provide updates, and escalate any interview compliance issues.
* Process Management: Track and update candidate records, job postings, and interview details in recruiting systems to ensure accuracy.
* Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
* Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and provide timely reports on scheduling, candidate movement, and hiring event outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and problem-solve in real-time.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools is a plus.
