Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Roadmap: Assist in developing and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals. Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends in the Desktop and Laptop PC market. Support the definition and prioritisation of product features and specifications based on customer feedback and market demand. Product Development: Collaborate with technical, design, and manufacturing teams to bring new products to market. Ensure all products meet quality, performance, and cost targets. Support the product development lifecycle, from concept to production. Product Launch and Marketing: Assist in developing go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional plans. Work with the marketing team to create compelling product marketing materials and campaigns. Conduct product training for sales teams and support them with product knowledge. Vendor Engagement: Engage with vendors to gather feedback and insights to inform product improvements. Serve as the product expert and point of contact for internal vendor inquiries and issues. Monitor and analyse vendor satisfaction and product performance metrics. Forecasting and Inventory Management: Assist in forecasting component demand to ensure adequate supply and inventory levels. Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to manage inventory and production schedules. Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed forecasting decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure product success. Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss product status, challenges, and plans. Product Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to end-of-life. Support strategies for product updates, enhancements, and discontinuation. Analyse and report on product performance, including sales, margins, and market share.
