Job Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Senior Administration Assistant within our complex Intervention Service. The complex Intervention Service comprises of our Trauma Team and Specialist Psychotherapy Service. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to the successful candidate to be able to liaise with a multi-disciplinary team and ensure excellent standards are achieved. The successful candidate will provide administrative support including reception duties and contribute to the planning and development of the department as a member of the team. Main duties of the job The post holder will work as an essential member of the Complex Intervention Team, supporting the delivery of an effective, efficient, responsive, and high-quality service. Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria 3 or more G.C.S.E/O levels which must include Maths and English A Level, BTEC or NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experiential learning Desirable criteria Advanced ECDL Experience Essential criteria Knowledge and experienced of IT packages, including Microsoft applications Demonstrate experience of practice and procedures relevant to the area of work Experience in preparing agenda and papers and writing minutes Desirable criteria Experience using Lorenzo, ESR or Oracle Skills And Competencies Essential criteria Able to plan and prioritise effectively Good telephone manner Able to demonstrate inter personal communication skills Desirable criteria Working knowledge of wider health and social care systems, processes, policies and procedures.
