Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Adult Care Workers to join our team in Welwyn Hatfield and local area's.. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to adults in need, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Working with them in their own homes.
We are happy to train dedicated, reliable, empathetic people who are new to the industry or experienced care professionals who want to work with a highly skilled team.
1. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
2. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions
3. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
4. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
6. Respond promptly to clients' needs and emergencies
7. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
8. Respect clients' privacy, dignity, and individual preferences at all times
Benefits:
9. Hourly rates of £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (averaging £14.00+ per hour)
10. Paid travel time between clients homes (some restrictions apply)
11. All initial and ongoing training fully paid
12. £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile travel expenses
13. Minimum 1-hour visits with each client
14. Job offer made at initial interview

Qualifications
Essential:
16. Valid UK driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
17. Ability to work from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily including alternate weekends
18. Resides within our franchise region
19. Has the Right to Work in the UK - we are currently not licenced to sponsor
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
