The Role As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and growth of the branch, including: Leading, mentoring, and developing a small team of recruitment consultants Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality candidates Driving the branch’s performance, hitting sales targets, and contributing to overall company growth Managing daily branch operations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies Managing a warm desk with key accounts from day one, providing immediate opportunities to make an impact What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the commercial / office professionals sector Strong leadership and team management skills A track record of business development and building successful client relationships Excellent communication and people skills A results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets Knowledge of the local market in Epsom and surrounding areas is highly desirable What’s On Offer?
