Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working with an international company who are looking for a Bilingual HR Administrator who is able to speak German to join their small close-knit team. This position will be full-time covering a period of maternity leave for 12 months and is a great opportunity for someone to be part of a fantastic team based in Sheffield. Working in the HR Shared Services Team, you will be responsible for:
1. Preparing HR documents
2. Ensuring employee data is kept up to date
3. Ensuring all policies are legally compliant
4. Responding to employees' HR-related queries
5. Monitoring all employee documentation
6. Any other HR ad-hoc support required
To be considered for this role, you must be able to speak German and have a good level of experience in administration, ideally within HR.
