Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager Engineer

We are looking to engage an experienced Mechanical & Electrical engineer to project manage engineering projects / provide quality roles (Clerk of Works / NEC Project Supervisor). Previous experience of delivering a quality role is desirable but not essential. Essential requirements are:
* Experience in the field of Mechanical and Electrical engineering.
* Membership of a relevant professional body (CIBSE / IHEEM / IET).
* Progressive in approach to new projects, new clients, new ways of working.
* Respectful in attitude towards clients, contractors, work colleagues.
Who are New Way?
New Way are a team of Building Services Engineers offering a fresh approach to Quality and Project Management to support Capital and Estates teams. We work directly with tier 1 clients to provide an engineering focus at the top table. We develop project scopes with a keen eye on their M&E content and administer the contracts we scope. We ensure a project’s aspirations are clear, yet any compromises are measured and appropriate. We recognise that time, effort, collaboration, and engineering judgement, are all essential ingredients to good decision making. Our unique approach is highly valued by our clients.
Our work includes; Estate infrastructure projects; New build projects; Refurb projects; Carbon Reduction schemes (often Salix funded); M&E Surveying; M&E Clerk of works (quality); M&E NEC Project Supervisor (quality) and Independent Certification.
