Are you an exceptional School Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the smooth running of a growing school? Join our team as a dedicated Administrator at a dynamic school in Barnet, London and support our staff, pupils, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain effective systems to support school practices and procedures.
2. Coordinate annual reviews for pupils, liaising with external agencies and managing meetings and events.
3. Ensure accurate record-keeping and data management in line with school policies and data protection regulations.
4. Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, including managing the website and policies.
5. Administer HR and recruitment processes, manage the Single Central Record, and oversee new starter inductions.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within an education setting.
2. Strong organisational and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
4. High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
5. Knowledge of data protection and safeguarding regulations in education.
