The shift pattern for this position is Monday-Friday.
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Secretariat Officer to join our team at Board HQ. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is the biggest Health Board in Scotland, offering a varying and exciting role. This position is perfect for an ambitious and driven individual with experience in providing secretariat support. The role offers exposure to the wider Board business and the chance to build good working relationships with the Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the secretariat function of the Board by organising Committee dates, agendas, minutes, rolling action logs and cycles of business
2. Demonstrate ability to innovate and utilise various IT functions
3. Exhibit excellent communication and written skills
4. The ability to work autonomously based on Committee cycle and demonstrate keen organisational skills
Working Arrangements:
Hybrid working model with the successful candidate expected to be in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday mandatory).
