Job Title: Oracle Fusion Lead ERP Solution Architect
Location: Swindon (1-2 days per week on-site)

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Lead ERP Solution Architect to shape and implement innovative Oracle Fusion ERP solutions that align with their strategic goals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and functionality across ERP systems. As the technical leader, you’ll drive the architectural vision, design, and development of solutions that optimise business operations and meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Architecture: Define and maintain an Oracle Fusion ERP architecture that meets business needs and technical requirements, creating detailed specifications and architectural diagrams.
2. Implementation and Integration: Lead ERP system implementations, ensuring smooth configuration, data migration, and integration across platforms.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide guidance, and lead workshops on ERP best practices.
4. Technical Leadership: Mentor junior architects and developers, staying at the forefront of Oracle Fusion ERP advancements and promoting best practices.
5. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing processes, ensuring ERP solutions are reliable, fully functional, and meet quality standards.
6. Risk and Compliance Management: Identify potential risks, enforce security policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
7. Continuous Improvement: Monitor ERP system performance, implement enhancements, and foster a culture of innovation.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion ERP architecture, solution design, and implementation.
3. Strong expertise in system integration, data migration, and customisation.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
1. Certification in Oracle Fusion ERP.
2. Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
3. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies and business process modeling.
