About this role We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Lead to join our Global Customer Service Operational Excellence team, shaping and managing our central PMO function to drive global operational change. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of day-to-day PMO activities, including managing how we work, the things we track and the things we produce. Working cross functionally, the roles portfolio is huge, varied and challenging but highly rewarding and provides an opportunity to be part of a high-performing delivery function at the heart of a truly global CS operation. These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Drive the management and adherence of the CS roadmap and portfolio including ownership of calendars and supporting governance enabling key decision making on scope, budgets, resources and priority. Provide strategic support and alignment of all CS portfolio to key business KPIs and objectives Drive key PMO governance meetings managing outputs / key RAID logs / schedules along with necessary presentation materials to support Own annual / quarterly planning, aligned to key hiring cycles as well as feeding into workforce management (WFM) via benefits management forums Standardise CS Programmes and Project templates to provide consistency across the CS Portfolio Drive strong portfolio reporting clearly identifying and escalating risks and issues to relevant stakeholders along with key status reporting Support with coordination and execution of any Operational PO requirements as required Manages the tooling adherence process which supports delivery teams, ensuring timely inputs to enable portfolio-level outputs and management information. Ability to establish strong working relationships and influence across peer group stakeholders and senior stakeholders, to align and drive delivery of critical business outcomes closely working with Delivery and Strategic teams What will you bring to the table? Prior experience as a PMO Lead or Project / Programme Lead is essential. Working in a global, cross-functional business environment is desirable. Contact centre environment and tech industry environment preferred. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing across peer groups & teams as well as tailoring communication styles to suit the audience Experience of presenting project slides in relevant and engaging ways, with strong attention to detail and providing high quality outputs Proactive and analytical mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to roll your sleeves up to get things done. Comfortable working with ambiguity and flexible to changing priorities in a fast paced environment. Knowledge/experience of using a variety of Project Management and team collaboration software to best effect. JIRA, Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and Slack preferred. Highly motivated and energetic with strong organisational and administration skills to be able to prioritise workload effectively.
