We are seeking a skilled CNC Grinder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and experience in programming CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality components. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The CNC Grinder will ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Duties:
- Develop and optimise CNC programmes for various grinding operations.
- Assemble components using hand tools.
- Utilise tooling effectively to achieve desired outcomes in production.
- Support metal finishing processes to ensure customer requirements are achieved.
- Conduct grinding operations to refine and finish components as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery relevant to the role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Pay rate between £16.00 - £18.00 per/hour (depends on experience)
