Here at GXO we are recruiting for a full time, permanent Site Manager to lead one of our prestigious, BT sites in Lutterworth. You'll be responsible for leading and delivering the strategic vision within a customer-facing role, with a big focus on continuous improvement.
Even though you'llbe contracted to Monday - Friday, between the core working hours of 09:00-17:00, you'll need to offer a level of flexibility in terms of working hours - no twoweeks are the same,this is logistics after all!

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Manage the sites leadership teams achieving operational delivery performance and adherence to all company and customer/site KPI's
* Liaise and build rapport with the customer to allow for collaborative working and the defining ofshared goals and objectives
* Lead the change management on site, with a focus on CI, health and safety
* Maintain effective and open communication links positively encouraging teamwork
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Significant experience in a fast-moving logistics environment
* Strong financial acumen - you'll be accountable for a multi-million-pound budget
* Ability to coach and develop senior managers
* Experience in a customer-facing role, with demonstratable experience in project management, driving change and implementing a CI culture
