Closing Date for Application: Sunday 20/04/2025 ADEY, the market leader in the provision of residential water treatment products for closed loop heating and cooling systems in the UK, is looking for a 3PL Coordinator to join the team. Now part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, ADEY has ambitious growth plans. The Role The 3PL coordinator is a key role within the Customer Service Team and vital to delivering world class customer experience. Operating as the internal single point of contact and working closely with nominated 3PL partners to ensure key SLA’S are adhered to. This role supports fulfilment of international orders, therefore requires an individual with strong communication skills, internal and external stakeholder management and an ability to analyse data. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch. Working style: Fully office based. Responsibilities Organise customer dispatches and collections between ADEY - Stonehouse, and 3PL partners, including obtaining and managing delivery slots into all 3PL locations. Maintain daily communications with 3PL partners, ensuring inventory and dispatch information is updated and accurate. Generate dispatch and collection documents, including necessary dangerous goods paperwork, required for all international customer shipments. Arrange collections for international customer, warranty returns and non-compliance. Monitor and provide regular updates on 3PL performance (Lead-Time, OTIF, Inventory Accuracy) and escalate issues impacting agreed service levels. Resolve customer service queries related to 3PL partners. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure 3PL partners provide consistent service and performance levels. Maintain weekly reconciliation stock reports for all 3PL warehouse, ensuring stock alignment with ADEY system. Maintain accurate system transactions and documentation, relating to all 3PL dispatches and collections. Proactively identify opportunities for improving 3PL performance. The Person Experience in shipping dangerous goods, logistics and or production flow in European and international markets. Ability to proactively problem solve and manage situations with urgency. Some experience in Import/Export administration. Experience using warehouse management systems. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and chart creation. Evidence of a clear understanding of all aspects of customer services and able to demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement. Able to ask clarifying questions and provide accurate information. Able to remain calm in pressurised circumstances and able to deal with difficult situations whilst prioritising their own workload. Exceptional communication skills to maintain and enhance customer relationships, especially with non-English speakers, where translation tools may be used. Experience with Sage Accounting system is desirable.
