Job Description
1. Support engineers (including floor walking) Engineer with Win11 Complex Business areas within CIB (Global Markets, Research & Banking) - Azure VDI - Trader VDI
2. Installation of Kiosk devices (Connecting all the peripherals: Keyboard, Mice, Webcam, Uplink cable, Hub, Jabra)
3. Display setting using Dell Display Manager
4. Fixing Citrix related issues
5. Fixing Bloomberg issues (L1 issues only)
6. Fixing hardware issues
7. Fixing Team Outlook issues
8. Fixing adding issues with Excel (L1 issues only)
9. Helping with telephony issues (L1 issues only)
10. Desktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365
11. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Trading Applications such as Bloomberg and Bloomberg add-ins for Office
