Responsibilities of the Temporary Administrator:
1. Provide administrative support to various projects
2. Assist in managing documentation, including contracts, permits, and invoices
3. Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for team members
4. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary
5. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
6. Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks as needed
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project operations
Requirements of the Temporary Administrator:
