A leading brand within the Retail / Hospitality sector is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a small team of 4 and spearhead transformative projects that drive real business impact. In this role, youll take charge of high-profile initiatives, overseeing the full project lifecycle from strategy to execution. Working across UK and international teams, youll ensure seamless collaboration while championing UK-specific needs. With your expertise, youll drive change, inspire teams, and deliver outstanding outcomes. What Youll Be Doing: Leading complex projects and transformation initiatives with confidence and precision across the entirety of the IT function; ERP, Software Development, Infrastructure and more. Leading some of your own more complex Projects, while providing coaching and oversight to others in the team in the delivery of theirs. Providing valuable insight to the ITLT on the status of all Projects within the IT Portfolio. Managing stakeholders across the UK and global teams to ensure alignment. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines. Leading and mentoring a high-performing project team to deliver success. Identifying risks, solving challenges, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Ensuring high standards, compliance, and best-practice implementation. What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, delivering complex, high-impact projects and leading and coaching others. Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project. A solid technical background, with experience in customisation, configuration, and integration Projects. Ability to thrive in an international environment, working across global teams. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A project management certification (APM or equivalent) would be a plus. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with offices based in the South of Manchester / North Macclesfield area.
