We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our hospitality venue. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure top-quality guest experiences, manage finances, and lead a motivated team. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:Operations:
* Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.
* Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, and food & beverage quality.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Financial & Business Management:
* Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
* Analyse financial reports and implement strategies to increase profitability.
* Oversee stock control and supplier relationships.
* Develop marketing strategies to boost footfall and brand awareness.
Team Leadership:
* Recruit, train, and mentor staff.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
Customer Experience:
* Engage with guests and handle feedback professionally.
* Uphold brand standards and ensure a great guest experience.
* Manage online reputation and guest reviews.
Events & Promotions:
* Plan and oversee special events and promotions.
* Work with external vendors and partners to enhance offerings.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience as a General Manager or senior manager in hospitality.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Financial expertise, including budget management and P&L analysis.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Experience in sales, marketing, and event planning is a plus.
* Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
