This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about inbound sales, client management, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Executive, you will: Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via phone and email. Respond quickly and effectively to sales opportunities, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Identify immediate and future revenue potential in the early sales cycle. Manage a triage system to direct customers to the correct consultant or support lead. Work towards an annual income target of £150,000 - £250,000. Engage digitally with customers to ensure products and services meet their evolving needs. Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Upsell additional training, learning, and development services to increase investment. Utilise CRM data to create targeted growth lists and re-engage with lapsed customers. Ensure seamless customer onboarding and communicate key implementation requirements. Provide recommendations for process improvements in both sales and support workflows. Experience & Skills Required Proven success in a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or Client Development role. Strong questioning and negotiation skills to understand customer needs. Ability to handle objections professionally and convert prospects into customers. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Resilient, self-motivated, and commercially aware – able to identify revenue opportunities. Organised, with a proactive approach to client engagement. Experience working within ISO frameworks and adhering to company policies.
